Nerang Bulls Annual General Meeting

Players, Members, Families & Supporters are invited to our annual general meeting for 2024 where we will elect the 2025 Committee.
As per our constitution, the below management committee positions will be vacated and those who deem they can be a positive & active contributor to those positions & our club are welcome to nominate.
Nominations must be emailed to our club secretary, Aaron Cook on the below address, if you wish to receive further information on management positions please also contact Aaron.

About our Rugby Club
Nerang Bulls is a Gold Coast Rugby Union Club Founded in 1983. Nerang Rugby Union Club has has become one the Gold Coast District Rugby Union's most dominant forces in Senior Rugby and Junior Rugby. Previous years saw the Bulls 1st Grade as runners-up and producing Premierships in 2nd and 3rd Grade. This lead the Rugby Club to be Gold Coast District Rugby Union Club Champions 2 years in a row!

The Nerang Bulls are very welcoming in Junior Rugby and has proven strength. Our Gold Coast Rugby Juniors are showing good form with our U18's winning the Premiership in 2023! Showing that Nerang Bulls Rugby Union Club has a strong reputation for success in Gold Coast Rugby and looks to continue to do so in 2024.

2024 also sees Nerang Bulls hosting the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Grade Senior Grand Finals so all our teams will be working hard to secure a Premiership on Home soil in 2024! Why not join our family oriented rugby club in 2024 as we try to achieve the impossible, at Home in Nerang!

WE WON! ALL 3 Grades, 1st, 2nd and 3rd Grade PREMIERS 2024!
This is the first time in our clubs 41 Year history that we have been able to WIN all 3 Grades. What made it extra special was that we hosted all 3 Grand Finals at Home in Nerang in front of a huge Home crowd!

Nerang Bulls are a small but enthusiastic club with a proud history of high achievement in the Gold Coast.
2024 saw our most successful season in 41 years seeing 1st, 2nd and 3rd Grades all Winning their respective Grand Finals and the Club being crowned GCDRU Club Champions for the 3rd year running.

The Club would like to publicly acknowledge the achievements of all our current Senior Coaches and Managers and thank them for the time and effort they have put in to create such a successful Season in 2024.
As per the clubs Constitution, all positions are now vacated.
The club is based in Carrara on the Gold Coast, is only 15 minutes from the beach and boasting one of if not the best fields on the Gold Coast.
The Club is seeking Individuals that have serious drive and passion for the game and to help and improve our senior teams to remain strong at the top of Gold Coast Rugby! The individuals must be able to connect with players individually and as a team.
The following criteria has been determined as key indicators to be able to fulfill the role :
-1st grade
Level 2 Coaching Certificate or above*
-2nd & 3rd grade foundation/level 1 Coaching Certificate or above*
*Please note - the above are our clubs preferred requirements for our Senior coaches. All applications will be considered on their individual merits.
Current Smart Rugby accreditation and Season Ready - Required
Create a positive and inviting culture for both the team and club
Player development/welfare on and off the field.
Planned and structured training session with engaging relevant drills.
Excellent communication skills with players and other members of the club
Develop a pre-season player fitness schedule
Show a level of commitment that encourages players and staff to better the club for the foreseeable future.
